This is the next story in our People of Integrion series, where we highlight the individuals whose careers have shaped Integrion Automation over the years. Together, their experiences reflect what it means to build a lasting career and a strong community in manufacturing.

Integrion Automation_2025-22Bailey Randall works in Inside Sales at Integrion Automation, and for many of our customers she is the first person they talk to. That makes her one of the most important voices at the company, because the first conversation sets the tone for everything that follows. Bailey treats that responsibility as more than a job. She treats it as a chance to make people feel taken care of from the very first call.

    A people-first way of working

Ask anyone who works alongside Bailey and the same theme comes up. She leads with people. Whether she is helping a customer sort out a request or supporting a teammate through a busy stretch, her instinct is to look after the person in front of her first. In a business built on complex machines and long project timelines, that human touch is what customers remember.

It is also what makes her effective in her role. Inside Sales sits at the crossroads of the company,4 fielding questions, connecting customers to the right people, and keeping things moving when a project has a lot of moving parts. Bailey handles that steady stream of first contacts with a calm, genuine warmth that puts people at ease and makes the next step easy.

The first voice our customers hear

For a customer who is new to Integrion, that first phone call or email carries a lot of weight. They are deciding whether this is a company they can trust with a serious investment. Bailey understands that, and she makes sure the answer is yes from the start. She listens, she follows through, and she makes people feel like more than a line on a quote.

1That reliability at the front door reflects something true about the whole company. The care a customer feels in their first conversation with Bailey is the same care Integrion puts into the work that follows. She is, in a real sense, the company's handshake.

    Pushing the culture forward

Bailey's impact is not limited to customers. She has become one of the people helping shape what it feels like to work at Integrion. She has organized and helped arrange several company events, and just as often she has been the one pushing to make them happen in the first place, encouraging the company to invest in the moments that bring people together. 2

That kind of energy matters more than it might seem. Culture does not build itself. It takes people who are willing to raise their hand, plan the details, and rally everyone else to show up. Bailey has taken that on because she genuinely wants to see Integrion's culture keep improving, and she is willing to do the work to get it there.

    Why it matters

Integrion has always described itself as a close-knit, family environment, and that reputation is not an accident. It is the sum of people like Bailey who choose, day after day, to put relationships first, whether that relationship is with a customer on the other end of the phone or a coworker down the hall.

Bailey's story is one of many that make up Integrion Automation. If you are looking for an automation partner who treats you like a person from the very first conversation, that is exactlyEvent0303 what Bailey and the rest of our team are here to do. Reach out and start the conversation.
