We supply spare and replacement parts for tube end forming, end finishing, and cutoff equipment. That covers critical wear components, hydraulic and pneumatic components, electrical and control components, and machine specific parts that are no longer available anywhere else.
Parts come from our own critical spare parts inventory, from approved vendors we already buy from, or from our machining floor, whichever gets the machine running sooner. If a part is not sitting on a shelf, we make it. Machining is a capability inside our own group rather than an outside vendor, so a build to print part enters a queue we control instead of one we wait in.

The people answering have designed, built, and serviced this equipment, so most requests end with a part number rather than a list of things it might be. That removes the step where you diagnose your own machine before you are allowed to order.
It also removes the shopping. One request covers stocked parts, vendor sourced components, and custom machined parts together. We manage the suppliers, the part numbers, and the lead times, so you get one point of contact and one answer instead of five open quotes and a machine that is still down.

Cylinders, valves, pumps, seals, filters, and fittings for hydraulic endformers and pneumatic machines, matched to the working pressure the machine was built around rather than to a general equivalent.
Drives, motors, sensors, switches, and control components. On older machines this is where obsolescence usually shows up first, and where a like for like replacement is not always available. We will tell you when the answer is a retrofit rather than a part.
Mechanical components made for one machine and available nowhere else. For equipment we designed and built, the print, the geometry, and the material spec are on file, so nobody is reverse engineering what is left of the failed part.
Parts the original supplier no longer supports. We produce them to print, from our print or yours, from a sample, or from the failed part. An obsolete part is not a reason to replace a machine that otherwise runs.
Our inventory is not limited to machines with our name on them. We stock, source, and machine parts for tube forming equipment built by others. Identification takes a little longer when the print is not ours, so send the nameplate, a photograph, or the part itself.
In most cases we designed the machine and machined the tooling, so the print, the geometry, and the material spec are already on file. That is why a parts request moves quickly here. The machine is not new to us.

Step 2: Design and Build We design the concept, review it with you, and design the tooling package around it.
Step 3: Development A dedicated development technician modifies the tooling to your specifications, with tooling runoff in house, a five-piece tryout with samples submitted for approval, and capability studies available on request.
Step 4: Build to Print Parts produced to your print, with machining handled inside our own group, delivered ready to run.
Step 5: Production Support Uptime recommendations, downtime support, tooling troubleshooting, spare parts and tooling, machine maintenance, and refurbishment and modernization.
Step 6: Finished Part Supply Short run production, overage runs, emergency capacity, and long term supply contracts.

Yes. Our critical parts inventory covers equipment we did not build as well as our own, and we source and machine parts for other manufacturers’ machines the same way we do for ours. Forming tooling is handled through tooling development rather than this page, whether it is tooling for a new part or a replacement for tooling that has reached the end of its life. Start there and we will route it internally.
