General industrial covers HVAC, utility metering, data center components, connector and cable assembly, filtration, sensing, and construction products.
Do you work with manufacturers who have never automated before?
Yes, and that is a large share of our work. First-time projects start with a facility walkthrough and a staged roadmap rather than a specification, so you can start with one cell and expand once it proves out.
Do you serve manufacturers outside the Midwest?
Yes. We engineer and build in Wauseon, Ohio, and we support installed systems across the United States. Automation work needs engineers on the floor, so being able to get a senior engineer to your site quickly is a practical advantage rather than a marketing point.
How does industry experience change the system you design?
The robot is rarely the hard part. Industry experience shapes the guarding, the changeover method, the inspection strategy, the documentation, and how the cell handles product that does not arrive perfectly. Those decisions come from having built the application before.
